On June 19, 2002, the 1st Star Honda exclusive 3S store was opened in Calamba, Laguna. This was followed by another Star Honda 3S store in San Pablo City, Laguna and in Biñan, Laguna and a Motorcentral multi-brand store in Sta. Cruz, Laguna. From there, new branches were opened in the Calabarzon region as well as in Mindoro.

Among the 1st to set-up airconditioned 3S stores in order to provide the growing clientele with comfort and convenience.

The Star Honda VIP Club was the 1st in the industry offering special benefits and discounts for its customers. This year, a new VIP Club was established to cover all customers from other retail stores i.e. Motorcentral, Bikeworld and Motorcentral offering new and better exclusive benefits to motorcycle buyers.
